We have followed the bread baking process at Falzon Bakery in Rabat who are still following an old recipe and bake their bread inside a traditional wood fired oven.

I visited Malta a few years ago and I still remember the Maltese bread! It truly is THE best bread on the planet! Along with Maltese olive oil…what I call nectar of the gods!
