Ingredients
1 loaf of country life gluten free bread
4 cups of milk
Zest of 1 orange
1/2 cup fruit meadly
4 tablespoons brown sugar
3 tablespoons cocoa powder
100gms of 85% dark chocolate
1/2 cup glass cherries
2 eggs
Method
- Breakup the bread into small pieces
- Place in a bowl with milk and soak for 30 – 60 minutes
- Combine rest of ingredients and mix well pour into a slice tray
- Decorate with almonds and cherries
- Bake in a fan forced oven at 180°C for 40 minutes
