Due to business expansion and consistent growth we are recruiting: Property Management Executive, Accounts Clerk, Office Administrator.

Property Management Executive

Main duties:

  • Ensure that all properties of the Luxury Villas Complex are impeccably maintained.
  • Coordinate schedules and all works required with employees and with contracted service providers for the general upkeep of the properties.
  • Check-in and check-out services for clients booking the properties.
  • Provide concierge services relating to excursions, transportation, events, functions and other client requirements.
  • Ensures optimum customer service through effective use of phone systems and positive communications techniques.
  • Handle any issues and/or complaints that arise in a prompt and efficient manner.
  • Support the Company’s daily operations

Requirements:

  • A-Level standard of education or higher.
  • Very good knowledge of Maltese, English and at least another foreign language.
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Have a positive outlook and be pro-active to handle client requests.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, knowledge of Internet search processes, word processing, spreadsheets and email software.
  • Have good organizational skills that result in high productivity.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities.
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently, exercising discretion and judgment.
  • Can work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Capability of maintaining a favorable company image.
  • Flexibility in working hours depending on arrival times.
  • Possess a valid Maltese driving license and a clean police conduct.
  • Proven experience in property management and/or hospitality will be considered an asset.

Office Administrator

The role requires a highly-motivated person with excellent communication skills, an outgoing personality, organized and takes initiative to assist the Management Team. Proven experience in office administration will be considered an asset.

Main duties:

  • Carry out clerical and administrative duties at the office
  • Handle all calls during office hours
  • Work closely with the Management Team
  • Follow up enquiries and coordinate works between departments
  • Reply to clients’ queries and handle any issues and/or complaints
  • Support the Company’s daily operations

Requirements:

  • O-Level standard of education or higher.
  • Very good knowledge of Maltese, English and another foreign language.
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Have a positive outlook and be pro-active to handle client requests.
  • Computer literate and conversant with MS Office applications.
  • Organised, takes initiative and smart in appearance.
  • Possess a valid Maltese driving licence and a clean police conduct.
  • Proven experience in office administration, reservations processes and hospitality will be considered an asset

Accounts Clerk

The ideal candidate must be familiar with book-keeping and accounting procedures, have excellent communication skills, can take initiative and with an outgoing personality. Full training and support will be provided upon joining.

Main duties:

  • Provide clerical and accounting support to the accounts department
  • Book-keeping duties
  • Data Entry
  • Perform Bank Reconciliations
  • Processing of payments
  • Controlling credit and debt collection
  • Maintain petty cash control
  • Assisting in general office administration duties
  • Assisting with phone calls and mail
  • Other duties as may be required from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Minimum A-Level standard of education in Accountancy.
  • Able to communicate in Maltese and English.
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Have a positive outlook and be pro-active to handle client requests.
  • Strong proficiency with MS Office applications.
  • Organised, takes initiative and smart in appearance.
