Join Our Team! Shortletsmalta Limited is seeking to recruit Guest Relations Host to make our clients feel welcome and ensure their pleasant and comfortable stay in our properties!
Main Duties:
✔️ Ensure that the booked accommodation is in top shape prior to the clients’ arrival;
✔️ Meeting and greeting guests upon arrival at their apartment or villa;
✔️ Handling all check-in formalities in an efficient and professional manner;
✔️ Responding to clients’ queries, requests or needs in a timely manner;
✔️ Handling any client issues promptly, take necessary action and follow up to ensure excellent relations with the clients.
Requirements:
✔️ Very good knowledge of Maltese, English and another foreign language;
✔️ Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills;
✔️ Have a positive outlook and be pro-active to handle client requests;
✔️ Organised, takes initiative and smart in appearance;
✔️ Possess a valid Maltese driving licence and a clean police conduct;
✔️ Experience in customer relations/hospitality/front desk duties will be considered an asset.
