Office Administrator role requires a highly-motivated person with excellent communication skills, an outgoing personality, organized and takes initiative to assist the Management Team. Proven experience in office administration will be considered an asset.
Carry out clerical and administrative duties at the office
Handle all calls during office hours
Work closely with the Management Team
Follow up enquiries and coordinate works between departments
Reply to clients’ queries and handle any issues and/or complaints
Support the Company’s daily operations
O-Level standard of education or higher.
Very good knowledge of Maltese, English and another foreign language.
Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Have a positive outlook and be pro-active to handle client requests.
Computer literate and conversant with MS Office applications.
Organised, takes initiative and smart in appearance.
Possess a valid Maltese driving licence and a clean police conduct.
Proven experience in office administration, reservations processes and hospitality will be considered an asset
