Shortletsmalta Limited is seeking to recruit Guest Relations Hosts and an Office Administrator, in line with the Company’s growth and plans for further expansion in the near future.
Guest Relations Hosts
The role requires that clients are positively impressed with the facilities and services we provide, through outstanding customer service, and that the whole process runs smoothly to meet all needs of our clients.
Main Duties:
- Ensure that the booked accommodation is in top shape prior to the clients’ arrival;
- Meeting and greeting guests upon arrival at their apartment or villa;
- Handling all check-in formalities in an efficient and professional manner.
- Responding to clients’ queries, requests or needs in a timely manner;
- Handling any client issues promptly, take necessary action and follow up to ensure excellent relations with the clients.
Requirements:
- Very good knowledge of Maltese, English and another foreign language.
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Have a positive outlook and be pro-active to handle client requests.
- Organised, takes initiative and smart in appearance.
- Possess a valid Maltese driving licence and a clean police conduct.
- Experience in customer relations/hospitality/front desk duties will be considered an asset.
Office Administrator
The role requires a highly-motivated person with proven experience in office administration, excellent skills in coordinating works between all Departments and to assist the Management Team.
Main duties:
- Carry out clerical and administrative duties within the office
- Handle all calls during office hours
- Work closely with the Management Team
- Follow up enquiries and coordinate works between departments
- Reply to clients’ queries and handle any issues and/or complaints
- Support the Company’s daily operations
Requirements:
- O-Level standard of education or higher.
- Very good knowledge of Maltese, English and another foreign language.
- Proficiency in Mathematics will be considered an asset.
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Have a positive outlook and be pro-active to handle client requests.
- Computer literate and conversant with MS Office applications.
- Organised, takes initiative and smart in appearance.
- Possess a valid Maltese driving licence and a clean police conduct.
- Proven experience in office administration and hospitality
